WHAT AND WHO IS THE UPARRA?

The Independent Repeater Association, is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan Amateur Radio Repeater Coordinating body which is officially recognized by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and the FCC to coordinate Repeater frequency pairs in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.. The UPARRA is not a club, but is made up of Clubs or Trustees which support the coordinating body through membership dues. They meet at least twice each year, and more often as necessary to transact the business at hand.
